I've cut up pieces of a calendar and scattered tiny dots across it, to show how time keeps moving and how that makes me feel stressed with each year that passes. Each little dot stands for just a split second—a tiny moment in time. It's a visual diary of the pressure I feel as seconds, minutes, and years march on.
